The pineapple fizz first hit print in 1930, buried in the pages of the now-iconic Savoy Cocktail Book.
Ingredients :
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • Soda water
  • Fresh pineapple for garnish
Directions:

1. In a shaker filled with ice, blend pineapple juice, sugar/syrup, and rum; strain into a chilled hurricane glass with ice cubes.

2. Fill with Club Soda; stir.
